Highly disorganised motor transport with unprofessional staff. I just had a horrible experience on 24/12/2016. The driver of the bus to take us (Friday) vehemently refused to move because he arrived too late the previous day. Instead of giving us a different vehicle, the manager kept on loading other vehicles. I asked for a refund and he gladly refunded me- after waiting at the park for over 2hours. Largely unprofessional!
