Visiting for a day, and I understand that this is one of the best options in Abakaliki but it could be so much better. Needs to be updated, rooms in the newer section are in poor condition, extensive mold in the bathroom, rooms are very stuffy. Rooms have very dusty, heavy curtains. Many cabinets in the room but they need to be cleaned. No kettles for tea, although one tea cup in the room. This hotel could be much better. The nicer pictures on the website are from the apartments, which is a different part of the hotel but not the standard rooms.

When you come to Osborn La-palm things you are to see are comfortable with the affordable Care and a well deserved environment for honey mood and weekend get away. With out door swimming pool with a life guard and it also has an ultra modern indoor swimming pool with waiters every where. Osborn La-palm also has a Large parking spot with halls for birthday party and so on.

Nice hotel with amazing features. The hotel is situated at no 1 Osborn Avenue, off kpiri-kpiri road, mile 50 Abakaliki Ebonyi state. The hotel has a well established fitness center, a beautiful swimming pool, a royal entrance, an awesome car park, A eye catching environment, television in common areas. The hotel has a luggage storage facility, luxury and air conditioned rooms. In this hotel, there is a great restaurant, bar and laundry services. The hotel is suitable for medium and high class individuals, and any other individual who can afford high class services.

Not even a cup in the room, not to talk about coffee or tee for guests. No Wi-Fi. Poor service, it takes hours for somebody to come by request and it even happened that nobody came. Maintenance culture is zero, everything is falling apart or leaking and of course it will be just glue not really fixed. Swimming pool outside is dirty, the water is full of chemicals, I never saw anybody to use it. Good security. Decent breakfast. Big rooms. Gym. No possibilities for children to play.
