Putting off the generator in the early hours of the morning when guest are preparing to have their bath or other activities was a awful experience. One of my reasons for preferring an hotel accommodation is 24 hour electricity supply. When this has been compromised it makes my stay very sad & dole. Please improve on that aspect.
