The first time I stayed I was very impressed. The second time I paid more and received less. The room was not clean. However they did change my room to one more acceptable. The problem then was 3 out of 5 lights did not work....but I managed and the next day I asked for the lights to be replaced. They were very kind.

Excellent. Loved the serenity, the room was great. Enjoyed the Rivers native soup recommended. Good WiFi, complimentary breakfast on point. I will look out for it if ever in Sapele or Asaba

Hotel Valerie is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. I spent eight straight days there and the staff were always responsive. I particularly like the fact that if something is wrong, and you complain, you get an immediate response. The rooms were always clean and the staff were always smiling. I would not hesitate to go there again.

Very good place. Large clean rooms. The only bad thing is restoraunt. The food is not coocked properly, waiters behave like they hate guests. So 4* for the hotel and 1* to the restoraunt.

The experiences I have had in Sapele, especially at Hotel Valerie were wonderful! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with every need for their customers. Hotel Valerie is not just any ordinary HOTEL, it is a gathering place for friends and family. The environment is very inviting, the rooms and food are exquisite, and the staff is wonderful!!!!! Thank you all for your lovely hospitality. I plan to be back soon!!!!

This place lacks poor management.. Staffs are slow at responding to customers especially their receptionist Last time I checked in AC was faulty, experienced light & water unavailability atimes & charges at such an experience I hope it they work on it though apart from these issues am fine by it.. Advice to the hotel management to work more mainly on their services & staff to customers

The salads are amazing. Spaghetti is on point. Order just one meal o. Dont be doing side dishes because of ojukokoro. Odds are you cant even finish it. They eat well in sapele.
