Mfoniso MichaelFirst of all took me over 10 minutes to get into the premisis after driving over 5 hours from Lagos, Nigeria. Finally got in after booking a room, only to get into the room and there was a damp stench from water sipping onto the wall. As if this was not bad enough, I called the reception to have the room service to come check it out. You need to hear the time the front desk staff spoke to me. I waited for the room service guy and eventually slept off. Thank God I woke up to meet my telephone as I slept off with the door open. Companies need to be careful the people they put in the front desk. It goes a long way in projecting the company.
