This is a forest is not really a defined or specific location. Bayelsa state of Nigeria is characterised by virgin rain forest swamp across many parts of the states. Some parts are used for farming produce compatible with swampy areas. There are no parts of the forest well developed for tourism. Wild life are not commonly seen here. Oil spillage and gas flaring from crude oil exploration activities is said to have poluted significant parts of the forest.

As observed, it is the area that borders the river Niger which includes part of the Patani Town along the Niger coast and part of the Sagbama-Adagbabiri Town leading to other towns and villages. It is not quite a forest, it is habitable and have good sights as can be viewed from the top of the bridge
