Very nice hotel, the customer service is fine. However, they need to sound proof the windows facing the pool side, the noise from the live band can be quite discomforting for guests.

Price is too expensive for the service provided and the room window have no protection which can be a tool for a suicidal person. I just hope their service is gonna improve with time as they are very new as I was told
