Good reception attitude and friendly. Spacious carpark. Wide well built stairways with protective handrails.Seen rooms are spacious: good furnishing. Functional intercoms. Rooms and bathroom hygiene and sanitation is average. Bedsheets are clean but need replacing in 2 of 3 rooms. Few Tv channels with average video quality: no international news channels seen. Nice place generally. However, need to pay attention to rooms hot water supply, some rooms air quality: due to flaking walls, mold and airconditioner dirty filters.

Its good parking space, suites and elegant rooms for but executive, individual and family category. Its has nice view and well located along the okpanam road. The offers assorted drinks, mouth watery dishes, good reception and cozy environment.

Bellwood is the place to be if you want to see actors and have fun in Asaba. There rooms are okay, once in a while one or two issues which they try to take care of immediately.

Overall my stay was relatively okay. The hotel is in need of an overhaul, exterior needs painting. Staff were courteous and of great assistance when needed. The bathrooms were a real mess in terms of hygiene, faucets, shower heads old and barely functioning. Outdoor pool wasn’t in use and didn’t look like it had been used in a while. Outdoor bar always had lots of people in it who weren’t guests. Internet was functioning perfectly well and fast. The hotel is also well situated; supermarket opposite and the Mall (Shoprite) right across the road.
