The hotel is impeccably clean (Room & Hotel environs)and the its staff has good customer service. The front desk personnels were quite helpful and the potters were smart in appearance & in their duties In terms of location, the Hotel is quiet central. Not too far from shoprite. Internet is quite strong too when its up and running. There is buffet for breakfast. Good options available but a variety would be welcome. One important fact to point out is that despite the amazing ambiance of the interior there was no foul odour percived in the hotel. Thumbs up to the General Manager who has an eye for detail. I would definitely recommend Top View Hotel and will stay here again during my next visit.

Staff were courteous but I had terrible experience with cigarette smoke from other rooms emptying into the washroom via the expelled fan opening. I lodged at the 3rd (last floor)
