The hotel looks impressive. And the one star is I because I got the room. They have well appointed rooms. But the thing is. Nothing works. The TV was a big fancy one. But the guy had to struggle with it to make it work. More serious was the door . The frame where the lock meets the frame was broken. The furniture was broken and the wall papers coming off at the corners. The key swipe for the corridor lock was not working and the kitchen could not be bothered to serve anything vegetarian. The buffet food had evidently seen better hours but still was below par. Less said better about the clerks. Who did Not even give me a receipt. I got an envelope on checkout and later found out it contained only the food bill. Am sure there is hanky panky going on there.

Their service was horrible, dirty brown towels, they even tell you to buy if you don’t like them, ac was not working, the door broken, doesn’t shut properly.. have to shut it more than once... TERRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN!! It took them over 2 hrs to get my dinner to me..... called room service to please come get the plate after I was done... no one came!! food was ok...

The hotel is quite nice. Not my first time but seems the standards are dropping. The buffet is not fully restocked when finished, the toaster for bread that was there during breakfast last time I came is no more and a few other things. Had to wait all dinner to get drinks ordered and still did not come during Easter as they were short staffed. I did not see a general manager at the spots where there were challenges which I think is the major problem. There are swift in trying to address your problems but the quality of rooms is slowly degrading.

It is indeed the best place to stay in asaba, second their SPA is second to none, is just the best, neat to the teeth, hospitable and professional, they offer great massage, facial and skin treatment. I and my husband enjoyed our one week holiday there and hoping to be there any time we are in asaba. My advise is for them to maintain the standard.

We arrived straight from the airport and requested that the suite be made ready because we had to go somewhere else. When we checked in 2 hours later, a hotel employee followed us up to our room. On getting there, our key card did not work, so the attendant used his master key to let us in. However, the room was musty (as if it had not been aired) and the lights did not work. We were disappointed because we dropped by earlier so that they would prepare the room. Nevertheless, we decided to go down to dinner while the lights were fixed. The dinner was the only saving grace and was a buffet of Nigerian and western delicacies. There was also a live band entertaining guest.After the dinner, our key card still did not work, and another attendant had to let us in with his keys. The room was quite spacious, but not very clean. There were cobwebs in the corner and the windows were dusty. Bathroom facilities were not fitted properly and the WC and shower rod were shaky. Presidential suite came with only 2 complimentary breakfasts which is absurd, but even more absurd was that we could not get into our room after breakfast because the key card still did not work. A passing attendant let us in with his master key. Mind you, neither this attendant nor either of the two from last night offered to reprogram our keys. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and cleaner facilities.
