Obubra camp is a big place but not to good for people to stay because they is not good Medical Center or provision of medicine to help regained yourself and there is one lillte animal in that place that look like ant when it hurt you that part of your body will be burn and again there water turn into red when you keep it for long time within 24 hours

  • A

It was just there....sanitary conditions need to be improved though and then, prepare your mind to wake by 3 everyday but all the same, you get the camp experience

  • C
    Chijioke Ajorico
Not too big. Capacity of about 2500 corp members. Located almost at the peak of a mountain. Clean water is a problem here. The clean one will be covered with oil on its surface when left overnight. Very nice view from the mountain peak, view of real jungle, the longest tropical rain forest in Nigeria.

My experience at nysc orientation camp obubra, Its buildings are abit old and need to be updated, it has a lot of dark forest , with hills and it rains almost all the time. The camp life is expensive but the parade is life changing, waking up early 4:00am to the parade ground, the first 2-3 days we wore our white shorts and T-shirt for the parade and training, the swearing in day we wear our khaki uniform as every1 was so exited. It was indeed quite an experience.
