My experience at Heritage Hotel was fantastic, full of fun and eventful. The restaurant has delicious and tasty African dishes to offer including continental cuisines. The outdoor bars has delicious roasted fish & plantain, shawama, Isi-ewu special and well prepared beer meat etc. Also, life band to entertain you to a bottle any chilled drink of your choice. Heritage Hotel is Homely.

Poor, unruly and local customers fought the waiter over unguided utterances. Poor management and supervision. Service delivery beyond expectations. For instance, we order for drinks, took about thirty minutes to serve the drinks and no drinking glasses, waiter was looking for drinking glasses while drinks are on the table. Very poor communication between staff, staff and clients
