There is good security and service .The surrounding is clean as the building has been given a facelift probably in preparation for the calabar annual carnival. Dechoic is located in the middle of the city in a busy intersection. it is often loud and noisy, this it is not a place for a romantic dinner but a place to access easily within the City center with a group of friends for a tasty lunch.
