There seems to be a mold issue in the building with the walls of the rooms looking as though water is seeping through them. It had me really worried but the staff are quite friendly/helpful and power supply was really good during my stay thus the 3 stars P. S: The mold issue seems to be all over Calabar due to its humidity levels
