The place is nice and cool. Good restaurant and bar. The only snag is the bathroom. Water easily gets affected with bursted Crude oil Pipes.

The problem of the water been polluted by oil has been solved as the water has been great for almost four weeks straight. Adding top notch staff services, a concierge, swimming pool and water heater as well as internet will make it add a star.

Booked in for 4 nights at carlcon hotels, but their exceptional service, prompt response, efficient room service, clean rooms and sheets made me to stay an extra day.. And the receptionist Miss Mirabel she greets you with a smile, very jovial and friendly to all the guest, the manager an amazing lady, Emmanuel one of the porters great young man...very wonderful staff.. Carlcon hotels is for sure my home away from home anytime am in Calabar. Kudos guys.
