The place is poorly organized the terminus building despite been up to standard has been reduced to a dirty dump due to years of neglect and lack of maintenance, and if you are traveling to Abuja you are advised not to follow Borno express because it uses Kano route which is farther than jos route, the drivers are average and the buses are still in good condition
