I am a regular customer of Bolton White since I came to Nigeria in January 2018. Every time I pass by and spend a night or 2 in Abuja, I always stay at Bolton White because the service is good and the staff are respectful. However, this afternoon, at around 1600 hours, I was waiting for a friend who was also billeted at the hotel at one of the tables at the bar near the pool, a bar staff brought 5 other guests into to the same table that I was occupying without having the courtesy of asking me if it is fine with me to have the other guests share the table with me. It would be good to note that 1 of the 2 other tables also had only 1 person but the staff chose the table that I was in. To make matters worse, when I went to the counter to pay for the drinks I ordered, the staff even had the courage to ask me, "are you leaving?" . I told him that I was leaving because he displaced me by bringing in guests into the table that I was occupying. He did not even apologize for what he did. It was his colleague that apologized. This specific staff has no sense of respect for a customer at all. Very disappointing!

Have stayed several times and will return. Good value, nice staff, and in general I liked the area. It internet isn’t the strongest but mostly suffices. Just wish the music by pool area was not as loud... at least it stops around 10pm! Doesn’t hurt to cross check you booking is confirmed, as sometimes things change even up to check in day. :)

Didn’t expect that the hotel is this commendable. First of, the reception had about the best attitude I’m seen. Full smiles, they personalised their engagement with me too. Got to the room and first thing, the bed is high (love it). Not so spacious but I guess it is the type of room I paid for. Complimentary breakfast (buffet) comes with it, a bottle of water and tea and coffee. There is a table electric kettle for tea. The bathroom, though small comes with a large mirror, concave mirror for shaving or make up, hair dryer (though mine never worked) and shower. The restaurant has display of food served for the day. There is stuff to make up a 3-course breakfast of your choice. The bar is partially open, overlooking the swimming pool. Along one side of the pool are low seats grouped in twos for relaxing and or drinking. There is also a gymnasium for exercise routines as you wish. Overall a recommended place.

Nice location with a restaurant opposite of the hotel that serves South Asian food ( halal). Courteous staff, competent reception staff and nice interior I liked. Stayed in the old wing, room was ok, bathroom is small but can manage for 2/3 days. TV/cable is unclear and maintenance guy couldn’t even fixed it. Tried the breakfast as I was fasting but the chef couldn’t confirm if the meats were halal and hence managed with fish stew. There is a sea food buffet on Wednesday, but was late to try. If you have corporate agreement, you can get good rates. And btw, missed the poolside visit due to sporadic rains last week.
