Nippon is an interesting hotel to stay, though one should ensure the rooms are not one of those close to where the generator is placed. My night there was good but needs a sound proof generator to minimize noise in the room. It is very close to the NAF centre and very accessible to central area. They menu are great too.

As a visitor there, there is a tastefully designed waiting room for you.

Great service from the reception desk but they need to do something about their restaurant female waitresses. In short they did not have professional behaviour of people working in a hotel service industry. They were always sitting and talking only noticing a guest when summoned. They just exhibited poor customer service and treating a business like a parody. They had no enthusiasm at all and my party of guests noted this behaviour constantly. Amenities In the bathrooms need upsetting and fixing. Am sure good training & follow up would solve these issues.

Hotel needs to be managed by professionals. I got that local feeling during my stay. Dining room looked like an afterthought. Floor lamp in my room had no plug. There was no toothpaste, toothbrush or shampoo in the room. Towels were white. Not anymore. Finishing was poor. Place has great ratings but is overrated I think. Everything appears nice but in closer inspection you can pick out errors here and there. Wifi was terrible and I was signed out after few hours.
