IBB Square is a public space for all kind of events. It has a carrying capacity of fifteen thousand (25,000). Much of this space is however, exposed to sunlight and the elements; only a small portion (the VIP side) is covered with a roof and has installed plastic seats. The rest of the place has concrete seats. Anyone contemplating an event there must also consider the provision of power, lighting, and portable toilets as what is already in place is out of order.

Large expanse of space where people go to jog, take walks, staircase exercises and other forms or workouts. The place is rented out for outdoor events like prayer meetings, church programs, weddings etc. If you live space to just sit out by yourself to think or read, you just might like the place, though it present limited green scenery.
