Location presents lovely sit out environment and scenery, plays host to many outdoor events like wedding receptions, festivals, shows etc. Is a historical icon and bears the name of a national/historical icon J. S. Tarkar. Though abandoned for a while, it is currently undergoing renovations, after which lodging,, lounge, club etc would be available.
