Nice concept but no boats yet. It is a Boating Pavilion. Beautiful scenery across the lake. With a jetty overhanging the water. Nice place.

It a wonderfully serene atmosphere that has this aromatic relief, It takes away all your depression. And makes you realise that nature is beautiful. However, I sense that most of these potentials are greatly underdeveloped.

Built to standard event arena facing the lake. It has a platform built into of the lake for a closer experience. The place can be used for multipurpose event organizations and more. Has a large space in from however that is not well managed though.
