Pros: They have really neat rooms, ambience of the environment is amazing, water and ac works just fine. Cons: staff are really nonchalant and lackadaisical, they are few good ones but majority are just impolite. •Food isn’t there yet, they have very limited options even with the menu and it takes forever to get your food. •power isn’t 24 hours so if you are one that needs light to work you might have to find an alternative source.

Terrible experience. Rooms are not well cleaned, water shortage, generator only put on in the evening and this includes at weekends, so not ideal for a weekend getaway. Staff courteous and responsive. Food expensive and bland, very ordinary. I complained and was told that this was because of the room I was given and that I should have asked for a change of room, but the cleaners are the same doing the same shoddy jobs in every room. That hotel needs some serious supervision and a maintenance culture.
