Chartwell Hotel is a cool and elegant hotel in Bauchi State located just few metres away from the Government Reserved Area (GRA). The rooms are very neat with an excellent security. The meals are exquisite with the options to of electronic and cash payments. The hot tub is in an excellent condition and staff are very courteous. The hotel runs an effective laundry service and car hire services. Guests have opportunity of turn of the electricity with their security cards. Room booking also comes with a complementary breakfast. The bathroom is not too tidy and only has one towel, which for me is a bad. There is no toothpaste in the bathroom, so guests will have to come with their toothpaste.

My experience at chartwell! Well where do I start? First, Chartwell is an high end Motel, lovely structure but lacks class, feel and taste. Secondly, hospitality is next to nonexistent, the staff are unconcerned and regrettably tardy. Not to sound like a broken record but on a third note, Chartwell lacks proper power management; your appliances could get damaged with the constant switch and pause technique. What can be done; improve on hospitality, ambience and room management and get a proper chef. Then maybe I can regard her as an hotel at least...
