Only four stars is given because despite it being an awesome facility, some severe lapses occurred during my interesting stay there like long waiting time between orders and not enough staff available during the busy Christmas holiday period and the restaurant not having enough options on their menu. The ambience and serenity of the environment is a big plus for the hotel. The rooms are superbly furnished with awesome bathrooms. The hotel also has very good views from all the rooms too. The front desk had very courteous and helpful staff who helped add a star to this rating. A recommended place for short and extended stay.
