ABC transport company is generally well perceived. they are regarded by many as reliable and safety conscious. they have nearly predictable travel schedules and their passengers are never left unattended. the aged and the middle class families usually patronise ABC. they have a network of loading stations that do not allow the rascality of motor park touts popularly called Agbero who struggle for passengers at the major parks. the park at Onitsha is not the best, but somewhat better than many others

Booked bus for 9.15am from Onitsha to Lagos, as at 11am, bus was no where. At 11.30, we were told the bus broke down about 70km away and mechanics were fixing it. The officials said we can collect our money or wait for. Well at 1pm l left to look for a another coach. It means therefore the danger of arriving Lagos late
