A residential estate with planned business plaza/shops at intervals, Mobil Police base, military checkpoint and AVG internal security system. The estate has churches, a petrol station at the entrance gate, schools and also hold abode for the best hotel in Onitsha - SOPROM Hotels.

Relatively calm residential area with an Army post for security. The problem is there are traffic jams always in the mornings and evenings.
