Situated in a cool place, Best Western Meloch Hotel is a 3star hotel with very comfortable rooms. It has adequate parking lot, good security, a moderate size swimming pool and outdoor bar, conference hall and a gym. It boost of a good restaurant with continental and local dishes. They have good customer service many other services such as cab services, WiFi and lots more.

Customer service in Best Western Awka is really very poor. Reception is absolutely not helpful. DSTV services is totally epileptic, and I call for a solution, no solution is provided for days unending until you call the manager. Lodged here for a week with my colleagues and all through, non of us turned on the TV cos it’s practically empty with boring Strong Cable channels, this hotel is just fine on the outside, it’s so boring on the inside.

Horrible hospitality. Starting from the stained bedsheets in the suite to the smelly bathroom to the tasteless yet no variety so called breakfast buffet. Also the receptionist was quite rude asking us for the room key which they never gave to us yet they want to charge us for it. This hotel is not meant to be classified as a Best western hotel specie. More so they couldn’t even get a clean bedsheet after 1hr of searching for one. They shouldn’t even get one star from me if not for the frantic effort the porters made in searching for the bedsheet.
