Great food, staff and environment. Come with your own internet though and hope it has good reception in the upstairs area (MTN was mostly absent). Also be prepared not to be unfazed by a possible early morning lights out that goes unexplained.

Very unprofessional staff and unhelpful, it has been a while over 2 hours now the light cut out with no explanation. Every where is dark no body is saying when the light will be restored . There are lot better places with steady light than this place around.

Hotel is manageable. Some rooms do not have Fridges. Floor tiles are stained.The beddings are old, stained and dirty. Bathroom is quite ok. However, hotel is Serene. Quite affordable for the middle class. Food menu is ok, a lil bit pricey but tasty. Staffs are nice and courteously. Express delivery of services.

Hotel has a new wing which was built in 2014/15. We happened to be the first occupants in November 2015. Rooms are moderate. Some bathrooms still require plumbing perfection as I was there on last week.
