TERRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN!! It took them over 2 hrs to get my dinner to me..... called room service to please come get the plate after I was done... no one came!! food was ok...

The hotel looks impressive. And the one star is I because I got the room. They have well appointed rooms. But the thing is. Nothing works. The TV was a big fancy one. But the guy had to struggle with it to make it work. More serious was the door . The frame where the lock meets the frame was broken. The furniture was broken and the wall papers coming off at the corners. The key swipe for the corridor lock was not working and the kitchen could not be bothered to serve anything vegetarian. The buffet food had evidently seen better hours but still was below par. Less said better about the clerks. Who did Not even give me a receipt. I got an envelope on checkout and later found out it contained only the food bill. Am sure there is hanky panky going on there.

The hotel is quite nice. Not my first time but seems the standards are dropping. The buffet is not fully restocked when finished, the toaster for bread that was there during breakfast last time I came is no more and a few other things. Had to wait all dinner to get drinks ordered and still did not come during Easter as they were short staffed. I did not see a general manager at the spots where there were challenges which I think is the major problem. There are swift in trying to address your problems but the quality of rooms is slowly degrading.
