Customer service in Best Western Awka is really very poor. Reception is absolutely not helpful. DSTV services is totally epileptic, and I call for a solution, no solution is provided for days unending until you call the manager. Lodged here for a week with my colleagues and all through, non of us turned on the TV cos it’s practically empty with boring Strong Cable channels, this hotel is just fine on the outside, it’s so boring on the inside.
