Plaza is a neighborhood extension of the popular IBOM Plaza, which has an event and viewing center, a post office, bank, famous circus, and a business area. The Keke Garage so called is not a garage perse but a stopping point or terminal and a taking off point for Keke coming from mostly Aka road, Abak road, Oron road, Nwaniba road, Ikot Ekpene road, Ikpa road. They cause terrible traffic when it is evening. They serve as a ready and affordable transportation to commuters. Collecting as low as 30 Naira depending on distance.

This is a busy area in Uyo. Some reckless keke drivers are found there. One have to be very careful with the keke drivers because they can hit someone and run away.
