GIGM is like the standard transportation company over here. Buses could leave as early as 6:30am and most of us book online. It does not take much to register at their logistics centre for your trip and they are punctual

Good ambiance... No rest room or not located in an open place for passengers... Open area for passenger waiting.. When it rains, passengers and their luggage are in soup... Good. Ustoer relations and staff were polite... Annocement made properly and inquiry was attended to smartly... Bus: busses look very neat from the outside, my last 2 experences gave the impression of weak engines, I mean,, bus engine was so slogish, shock absorber and bushin was totally was totally condermed in the bus.. Air-condition is not cooling propey.. Especially when sun rises... TV in the busses do not talk or talk from the vehicle speaker.. Drivers are neatly dressed in uniform....drivers do not overspend.. Driver are polite... GIGM.. Is trying.. But needs to put up more effort..
