Currently the tallest building in the community. Situated conspicuously along the prestigious Marina Road. Good and paved access road. The vicinity is considered a security green zone because of the heavy presence of security agents, also community policing. There is a zenith bank automatic teller machine by the fence. There are 3 petrol stations nearby. Also the popular "mammy" market is just a two minutes walk away.
