Very rowdy Park and the people are very very insolent. From the park in Uyo to the one in Port Harcourt, it is a terrible thing the way they talk to commuters. And the buses? Worse! If you use AKTC five times, be sure that you will be stopped on the road at least once. Management should be interested in what is going on at the park and try to sanitize the place starting from the park... AKTC should have a park of its own, purchase brand new vehicles and train their staff on customer service.

A truly impressive park in terms of size, number of buses available and locations they cover. Plenty of new buses for the longer distances. Still no online booking system but the ticket counters are fast enough. Much better organised that they used to be. Also more security conscious with Police Post within the park. They do charge for extra luggage so be mindful.

This is a transport company with no service. Took a/c bus to Lagos, developed fault on the road and we managed it to benin, their stop over point. The driver was aggressive, no information from the company, no apology, and we were delayed over 1hr before another bus non a/c with bad distorted sit. It was a bad experience. I could not travel a day before this day because of their poor service. If this can repeat itself within two days it means they generally have poor service. Beware travellers choose transport company right.

AKTC Itam Park is the headquarters of Nsik Motors, the company managing these commuting services. The park is good in terms of organization, as there are clear directions to the location of each destination boarding bays. However, the distance between the ticketing desks and the boarding bays is minus especially if it is raining. The desk staff are very courteous and friendly, some of the loaders are also friendly while are terribly hostile. The company offers a "Business Class Service" (Air-conditioned) buses for virtually all routes. In terms of space the park is superb, but in terms of aesthetics it fall short. In all, the park is much better and secure than other unorganized parks in the state.
