OK I just have one word for this hotel, Boom! The hotel is mind blowing and their all you can eat buffet is jenesaisquoi. The room service is great and timely and th4 reception is always available 24/7 to answer your rooms call. The pool is large and nice and the bar is really cool. However, I think some interior designs such as the beds and the chairs needs refurbishing. Other than that the hotel is great.

Dr. Chidi Okoroafor was lodged as the guest speaker for the Gospel Bell Crusade that took place at the U. J. Esuene Sports Stadium in January 2019. These hotel is well located at the heart at Calabar Metropolis adjacent to the Governors Office and a store through from the U. J. Esuene stadium.

Transcorp truly bespokes a great sense of the hospitality and class. A true pearl in the ocean bed a blue blood amongst many. Would not rank it a five star cause it still lacks that amazing touch that makes you want you want to leave your home and spend time here. The lighting system should be worked on as electricity tripping off even for a minute is a big NO most especially in the elevator.

About the best hotel service in Calabar. They apparently have a good chef as the food there was great; served al a carte. Tried their salad and the presentation was classy. The rooms are classy and comfortable. Good view through the very large window which can give a good sunlight entry to the room for a natural look and feel. They serve all you can eat style. The range is great and the food is palatable. Recommended for travellers coming into the the town especially for the popular Calabar carnival and street party.
