BrainWORST reception from a front desk ever experienced, especially from one Ezekiel. No simple courtesy to guests at all. Zero security as well. The management needs to train its staff on simple customer care or fire those who refuse to be professional.

John BeecroftGood: Very price friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good location. Large rooms. . Bad: Poor maintenance of the rooms and facilities; damaged doors, sanitary ware, bathroom leaks etc. Pool seems not to have been cleaned in a long while.
