The Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN) Cathedral is in Adamawa State of Nigeria and situated at the centre of Jimeta town in the State Capital, called Nassarawo. The LCCN Cathedral Nassarawo Jimeta - Yola is where the Bishop of LCCN Yola Diocese worships. This Cathedral can be said to have the largest congregation, compared to sister Lutheran Churches all over the World. The first Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria was first founded in Numan, a town situated about 70 Kilometres southward from Yola, by a Danish Medical Doctor and Missionary, called Dr. Niels H. Bronum, over a Century ago. From a small beginning, the LCCN has grown and is presently, one of the largest denominations in Nigeria. Attending a Church Service there, will be quite an experience.
