Jokems Airport View Hotel Annex is located in the Jambutu area of Jimeta-Yola town of Adamawa State-Nigeria. The rooms are good and the rates are moderate. Catering services are available and the rate per portion is moderate. There is a standby power generating plant as well as solar powered electricity to augment that of Yola Electricity Distribution Company. It is close to two main motor parks, the Jambutu and Adamawa sunshine, where lots of commuters take off or disembark. The area within which this hotel is located is developing very fast, and may soon become the hub of major activities in Jimeta-Yola town, not long from now.
