Ifeanyi IjiomaThey were not Customer centric and service driven. One of my twins had a fractured arm and took them 16hrs to perform an x-ray which finally was of poor quality. Exposing my son to excessive gamma Ray. We had to do the X-ray in abia specialist hospital whom had a customer focused and service orientation. Whom realize staff and customer satisfaction is key for repeated buy/sales.
