One of the things that spoil a good business is SERVICE! GIGM is a great business with greater projections but its staff or service delivery is a big issue. Maybe they should reiterate their vision and mission to staff every morning. My experience in the Lagos/Cele terminal nearly brought me to tears then a similar experience in Owerri. They are bringing in new buses, they should take out the old buses as well... the one I entered from Owerri to Lagos is NOT FIT for the road.

I personally was stressed from a hard time locating the park coupled with my failed booking online and meeting a loud crowd, of which some showed frustration towards staff of GIG, yet they were utterly calm and focused on doing their job. They managed everyone accordingly and in an hour everyone got their tickets. It was good service indeed and the driver was approachable helping out with rotating our phones to be charged. Would recommend, surely.

This is a very good bus transport service. They have wonderful customer service representative at Owerri terminal. However their online booking system is frustrating.
