The worst hotel I have ever been to. Between the two luxury city hotels this one supposed to be „new“, but the rooms where all used, old, dirty and didn’t look new at all. Definitely not worth the price, which was too high for a room below standards. The room was very dirty, bedding was not washed well (dirty spots on the blankets, etc.). Tv didn’t work properly and there was no way to set the Ac. WiFi works only on one device and the time is limited (supposed to work all day from check in to check out, but in reality worked for less than an hour). Poor breakfast including one cup of tea and few slices of poor toast bread however only for 1 person (even if you booked and paid for a double room). Unfriendly stuff - the lady at the reception hang up the phone when I called to complain about the breakfast. This hotel is everything else than luxury!!!
